Back to School 2015

The Kindergartener was ecstatic. The Second Grader was apprehensive. The four of us were excited (and a little nervous) to walk to their new school! This was an emotional start to the school year for me. This time it was because Maddie started Kindergarten, Oliver transferred to a new school and it's the end of a seven year stay-at-home stage for me. Goodbye baby stage, good bye toddler stage and good bye preschool stage. I'm going to start working (part time) in a few days. Life is changing again!

10 years in Florida...

We've been in Florida 10 years! I can still remember leaving our apartment building in Brooklyn, and driving to Gainesville, FL. Three years later we moved to Tallahassee, FL and never expected to make it our home. We'll always love and miss our family and friends up North; New York will always hold a special place in my heart, but we couldn't be happier with the life that we have here in Tallahassee.

Our new home!

We did it, we bought a house! The past two months were busy and a bit stressful but now that's in the past. We never knew this beautiful place was just a few minutes away. We're so thankful to be able to call this our home.

St Mark's Lighthouse 3.7.2015

This has become one of our favorite spots to visit! The boys love to fish and the girls love to walk around and find sea shells :) My cell phone came in handy to capture this beautiful afternoon.
